昆明国际爱乐乐团（Kunming International Philharmonic Orchestra）成立于2017年，由昆明艺术职业学院院长段永兴先生创办，是中国首支以外籍演奏家为主体的国际化职业交响乐团。自成立以来，乐团中外艺术家携手为观众献演西方经典名作，推动本土音乐创作，培育广大乐迷深入领略音乐文化的价值与魅力。2023年11月起，乐团引入更国际化、年轻化的艺术管理团队，并由国际著名圆号演奏家韩小明教授担任艺术委员会主任，在全新专业理念引领下开启乐团发展新篇章。乐团乐季规划主题鲜明、体系完善，在演绎经典的同时深挖小众佳作、拓展演出形式，并广邀新秀加盟，为每一位怀抱音乐梦想的优秀演奏家提供舞台，持续为国内外文化舞台注入新活力。乐团曾邀请Charles Olivieri-Munroe、Ayyub Guliyev等国际知名指挥合作演出，展现出卓越的艺术水准和强大的国际影响力。

演出与排练场地

昆明国际爱乐乐团的主要演出舞台设在云南省大剧院，排练基地位于昆明市中心具有深厚历史底蕴的抗战胜利纪念堂（胜利堂）。

云南省大剧院作为云南省顶级表演艺术场馆，硬件设施一流、音响效果卓越，可容纳大型交响音乐会和歌剧演出；

胜利堂则是昆明著名历史建筑，文化氛围浓厚，见证过无数艺术盛事。两个场地交相辉映，为乐团的演出和日常排练提供了优越的环境与保障。

本次公开招聘面向所有交响乐团管弦乐器演奏声部，欢迎各乐器演奏人才报名应聘。具体声部包括但不限于：

? 弦乐组（String Section）：小提琴（第一小提琴和第二小提琴）、中提琴、大提琴、低音提琴

? 木管组：长笛/短笛、双簧管/英国管、单簧管/低音单簧管、大管/低音大管

? 铜管组：圆号、小号、长号、大号

? 打击及其他：打击乐（含定音鼓等打击乐器）、竖琴等

This open recruitment is open to applicants for all orchestral instrument playing sections within the symphony orchestra. Musicians proficient in various instruments are warmly invited to apply. The specific sections include, but are not limited to:

? String Section: Violin (First Violins and Second Violins), Viola, Cello, Double Bass

? Woodwind Section: Flute/Piccolo, Oboe/Cor Anglais, Clarinet/Bass Clarinet, Bassoon/Contrabassoon

? Brass Section: French Horn, Trumpet, Trombone, Tuba

? Percussion and Others: Percussion (including timpani and other percussion instruments), Harp, etc.

(Note: Positions for both principal players and tutti players are available for all the aforementioned sections.)

2. 业务能力：具有良好的乐队合奏与室内乐协作能力，能胜任管弦乐团排练和演出要求。

1.Educational Qualifications: A bachelor's degree or above from a renowned domestic or international music academy is required. Original copies of the graduation certificate and degree certificate, or a proof of enrollment, must be provided.

2.Professional Competence: Possess strong ensemble skills in both orchestral and chamber music settings, capable of meeting the rehearsal and performance requirements of an orchestra.

3.Age and Nationality: There are no restrictions on nationality or age. Outstanding musicians from both home and abroad are sincerely invited to apply.

? Preliminary Audition: Online video examination.

? Second-round Audition: Musicians will uniformly participate in the second-round audition online, reducing geographical constraints and welcoming global talents.

? Relocation Support: The orchestra will assist in handling household registration procedures in Kunming and address rental housing needs, providing living arrangement support upon arrival for a seamless transition into your new work and living environment, so you can integrate without worries.

报名与选拔流程

1.报名时间：2025年5月19日起至长期招聘（以收到材料时间为准）。

2. 报名方式：将个人报名表（附件下载）、本人近期免冠照片、详细简历、学历学位证书、获奖证明以及不超过15分钟的演奏视频等材料打包发送至报名邮箱：zeng19970220@icloud.com ，邮件标题请注明“姓名+应聘2025演奏员”。

3. 初试考核：乐团招聘工作小组将对报名材料进行初步筛选，符合条件者将通过邮件或电话收到复试通知，并告知复试所需准备的曲目片段等要求。

4. 复试考核：复试以线上试奏与线上面试相结合的方式进行。考核内容包括自选独奏曲目片段、乐团规定的乐队片段演奏及现场视奏等，评委会将根据演奏水平、音乐表现力及综合素质进行评分。

5. 录用公示：通过复试考核的应聘者将进入拟录用名单，并与录用者签订劳动合同（含试用期考察），办理入职手续。

3.Preliminary Assessment: The orchestra's recruitment team will conduct an initial screening of the application materials. Candidates who meet the requirements will receive a notification for the second-round audition via email or phone, along with instructions on the repertoire excerpts to prepare for the audition.

4.Second-round Audition Assessment: The second-round audition will be conducted through a combination of online auditions and interviews. The assessment will include performing self-selected solo excerpts, orchestra-prescribed orchestral excerpts, and sight-reading on the spot. The evaluation committee will score candidates based on their playing skills, musical expressiveness, and overall.

5.Employment Announcement: Candidates who pass the second-round audition will be included in the list of prospective employees. A labor contract (including a probationary period evaluation) will be signed with the successful candidates, and onboarding procedures will be initiated.

Successful candidates will become official musicians of the Kunming International Philharmonic Orchestra, enjoying industry-competitive remuneration packages and comprehensive welfare benefits.
